SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY


SHIPPING 

EDONA processes all orders within 2 business days.

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes between 4 to 20 business days for DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL shipments. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you have used when putting in your order. 

Order processing and shipments may be delayed if we are expecting a high volume of orders during sales/ promotions/ holidays/ restocks & new releases.

For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 10-14 business days from the order date (this does not include delivery time) for the item to ship.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.  The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
 
Once we handpack and prepare your package for shipping, we hand it off to a third party courrier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound!
If your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Edona does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.

RETURNS 

EDONA is happy to accept returns of items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (Canada) and 28 days (international). All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Before sending back your item you must e-mail us at info@shopedona.com for return instructions. 

We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of SHOPEDONA.COM.

Please note we might not email you upon receipt of your parcel, if you would like to confirm that your parcel has arrived to our offices, please check your tracking number on the parcel courier’s website.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, you'll receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued.


Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.

EXCHANGE


If you require a different size or want to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece of jewellery, we are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase (Canada) and 28 days (internationally). To proceed with an exchange, please email us at info@shopedona.com and let us know which item you would like to exchange so that we can hold it for you. Once we receive the item back, the new item will be send out immediately.

If the new item is more expensive, a member of our team will call you to take the additional payment and subsequently they’ll refund you your money if the item is of a lower value. We try to arrange exchanges and refunds as fast as we can but during busy periods, it can take up to two weeks.
